Hi, I’m Alyssia! When I’m not doing Mind Over Munch related things (which I almost always am!), I like to eat out, hike, row, solve Rubik’s cubes, and watch Veronica Mars!
Christian
I’m Christian, Alyssia’s boyfriend and business partner! My role in Mind Over Munch is mostly behind-the-scenes, but you can catch me on the Mind Over Munch YouTube channel here and there, and you may have even seen Alyssia and I together on our Eat The Pizza channel. I’m also a musician and songwriter, and I love music!
Nadia
Hi, I’m Nadia, Alyssia’s sister and part of the behind-the-scenes magic at Mind Over Munch. I love words, comedy, running, and strumming the 4 chords I’ve learned on the ukulele.
Joe
I’m Joe, the cinematographer/editor! I shoot and edit all the delicious foods! Also slam-zoom extraordinaire. I am a director/DP/Editor/cool guy by trade, and you can see my work at joe-desantis.com. Catch you on the flip side! (Backflips out of the room)
